'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Joan Angel Roman?

Who is Joan Angel Roman? I know little, well nothing about him, but apparently the Man City youngster could come to Pompey on loan, although we have rivals for him.

With The Herminator leaving for Coventry this week a player can now arrive on loan.

Who it could be is still unknown but a name, and a new one at that, has crept onto the radar!

According to TalkSport Man City youngster Joan Angel Roman could be this player?

I know absolutely nothing about him but TalkSport say the following: 'the 18-year-old joined City from Espanyol in the summer of 2009 but is yet to make an appearance in Roberto Mancini's first-team.

'And he will be allowed to go out on loan this month, with Leeds United, Crystal Palace, Portsmouth and Villarreal all interested in signing the talented midfielder.

'But Roman's contract is up at the end of the season and he is yet to be offered a new deal - meaning he may be on his way out of City after his loan deal expires.'

On loan until the end of the season and then sign up as a free agent - although some compensation would be needed to Citeh - could be possible, right?

You never know!

At least it is a link, how much basis there is remains to be seen, but it makes a change to talk about something positive and a 'possible' arrival at least...

One Citeh player I would not mind seeing back on loan again is Abdul Razak.

tbh .. I'd take any Citeh youngster in a heartbeat .. but must admit I'd love Razak back .. especially if Thorn doesn't find his way back

Id like to see Razak back, but he was pretty disillusioned with the team management at the time.

roman is a david silva mini-me. if you can get a loan , grab him. we have another , denis suarez, they'll both go out on loan for the next 4 - 6 months and any team would benefit from having them.
