Pompey predictions league update #21

Pompey predictions league update #21

The Pompey predictions league continued on Boxing Day with a trip to Millwall, in the 'old days' Boxing Day against Millwall would have meant literally that!

Defeat, for the first time in 5, was tasted with Pompey - apparently - a little 'hard done by' with a 1-0 reverse, although the result is all the record books will show I guess...

A few picked up points with a couple, PompeyFrippy and portsmouthfc13 claiming a maximum 14pts with a correct 1-0 defeat prediction.

Scoring for the first time in some weeks PompeyFrippy strengthened his grip at the top, retaining top spot for a 21st game running on 78pts overall.

This is how the table, of 56 at present - nice to see some more new entrants into the game over Christmas - currently stands:

With a couple of quick games coming up, before the FA cup break, there is still all to play for with things able to change quickly.

Remember anyone can enter at any time so just because you missed out on predicting for the last game with Millwall it is not too late, simply joining for the next league games against Leicester on New Years Eve and then Watford on January 2nd.

I have made it even easier for you to get involved by putting the forum links for these games below...
