Antonov arrested and in court today
CSI member and co-owner of Pompey Vladimir Antonov was yesterday arrested, and is currently in custody, with an appearance in court due today.
As I think we all now know an arrest warrant was issued for Antonov this week over 'alleged financial crimes' with some £250m worth of money from Snoras Bank, where he was the major shareholder, 'misappropriated'.
The News reports that a City of London police spokesman said: 'a 36-year-old and a 53-year-old man were arrested yesterday afternoon but could not confirm any more details.'
Hmm, well what else can you say really...
