Yes Frippy, not one of better players during our champinship winning season. Only game for me in 1995, the draw with Derby. From memory, Jim Smith who had been given the elbow so we could have the fantastic Terry Fenwick as manager, brought his Derby down. They off course got promoted. Macca got a very late equaliser.

The win at Charlton put us top of the Premier League for the secind time!!

For me Norwich A in 67 and a Nicky Jennings hat-trick put us top of Div 2 - Preston, Port Vale, Charlton 80 and Southend.

We know Danny you want to stay!

In case we had forgot Hollands has reminded us of his desire to stay with Pompey! I'm not 'desperate' either way in many ways but sorting this quickly would be best for all concerned.

Three more pre-season games announced

'Glamour ties' are loved but pre-season is about fitness and form so it doesn't matter if it's Barcelona or Bognor... Then again a trip to the Nou Camp wouldn't be turned down!

Sheffield United loanee open to Pompey return

McNulty would welcome a permanent transfer to Pompey. Although the Sheffield United striker could well be part of new manager Wilder's plans, so the chances seem 50:50 at best?
