1. The Cardiff gate of 17,308 was the lowest of the season!! Largest was 35,038!
2. The Oldham crowd was large for a league cup game because we had started the season so well and Oldham were from the League above. The tie was won on away goals and the Cup run went on eventually ending at Anfield on a very famous night.
All that an a Hemmerman hat-trick, too much for this old man to cope with.
