Ashdown or Henderson?

Steve Cotterill said this week that he is unsure on who his no.1 for this season will be...

Will it be last seasons ever present Jamie Ashdown or will new-boy Stephen Henderson dislodge the record holder?

Well until we know more about Henderson, seems a bit pointless to vote on something we know little about!...Sorry to be negative

But we do know about Ashdown... and that is enough I guess.

So we all vote for Ashdown?...And the point is? that's illogical!

Whoever plays best.... Ashdown did alright when we had decent players in front of him and our defence is better this season (no Sonko and Dicko) so he should do alright again...

Paddy gets my vote, he waited long enough for his chance, gavea good account of himself last season so for me deserves to at least start the season

I guess we have to go with Ashdown until he has a bad game or injury and gives Henderson a chance to prove himself worthy of the no.1 spot.

i'd have to say ashdown cos i know about him. give henderson starts in cup games so we can all see what he can do and to give him the confidence to challenge paddy for the no1 shirt though

Henderson has the right kind of attitude, he just needs to wait for Ashdown to get the right kind of injury. When we first brought him in from Reading he was PL quality, Henderson; we don't even know if he is Championship quality. With a much stronger team in front of him, Ashdown has to be favorite to break his own record.

Seems to me if this new boy Henderson wants to win friends then he should stop talking such a cockey game.........he's been number 3 at Bristol City!! wow!! be happy to sit and watch for a bit mate! probably the managers fault for building him up so much but with such little experience why the hell would he possibly dislodge Ashdown.............best place to show how good you are mate is on the pitch, and whilst you've been quaking in your boots then that's not shone through yet! just sit down and shut up for a bit.........PS. only one inch difference for all you novices on Pompey player stats!!!
