Nearly Enough To Field A Team

Nearly Enough To Field A Team

Nothing official apart from the normal 'we are not saying anything'.. but if Sky and BBC are to be believed then Jason Pearce has passed a medical and agreed terms with PFC.

Great news as it is .. I wonder whether or not we were actually in the frame for him until Peterborough had there initial bid blocked because of the sell-on clause.

Perhaps a bit of good fortune went our way for once !

So we have 10 and counting...

Is rush goalie allowed in the Championship ?

Have we really signed a player ??

Feels like Christmas

It's amazing how much of a boost 1 player can give, let's hope it snowballs next week as we enter July.

Third time lucky? Nope as O'Shea interest ends

O'Shea saw a couple of bids for him put in; these were turned down by Chesterfield. A third bid hasn't come from Pompey and it isn't going to either.

Topping last seasons tally the aim

78pts was only enough for a play-off place last season so you suspect we'll have to better that for a top 3 finish this coming season, which begins with Carlisle at Fratton.

Done Deal - Smith in permanently from Swindon
