'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Doesn't it make a change!

Has anyone else found it refreshing that most of the talk on here recently has actually started, on the whole, to be about football and footballing matters again?

Of course a takeover will do this mind!

More forum threads are started that are actually about these areas, and those running run longer, are viewed more and are starting to be commented on more again. Talk of signings, and some 'optimism' as opposed to outright 'pessimism' that we could pull these off is also around.

All of this all pleases me as it is a sign that 'hopefully' a desire to want to talk 'Pompey football' is returning.

Now, if we could start talking about some signings too eh...

We have all been seriously drained over the past 24-months or so and there will, I am sure, be more bumps in the road but it 'seems' like an enthusiasm for football is again returning, I can feel my own continuing to returning, and long may this continue.

All Pompey sites have taken a hit during the 'dark days' but things are picking up again so make sure that you continue to have your say, or start to have this again, on the no.1 Pompey fans site!

If, for some strange reason, you have not already registered on this site please do so.

It's easy to register an account so do this and enjoy getting involved, or re-involved - click here.

Use the above link or the promo banner below, then get involved with the front page article side of things here and also the forum area of Vital Pompey, where you call the shots!

Lets keep up the upturn in interest guys, and try to retain this too...

Makes a huge difference Rug, as you rightly predicted, this takeover has brought the masses back and as a result there is a nice bit of healthy banter on the Forums. Good to see some new members have their say as well, the more opinions that come across the more we can talk about, and the more we can continue to use this site as a fantastic means of having our say and sharing our views. Onwards and upwards!
