Firstly, happy birthday to Lassana Diarra, probably one of the best players we had, if only briefly. The last 3 games for me. 1987, another great player Paul Mariner, who was with us for the end of his English career. He then went out to play in Malta & saw him play & score out there. The West Ham game in 1990, me & a mate had problems getting there. Got to Upton Park with 40 mins gone. We were 1 down & all the turnstiles were closed. A policeman got us in for free. 2001 saw a young Steve Lovell score a cracking goal during what was a dire season.

Some great names scoring goals, not sure about Derek Showers clasifying as great. Nice to see Jeff Hemmerman and Matin Khul there though
