Scum and Swansea - less said about 66 the better. The Swans were looking at a replay in 72 when the crowd played their part as a huge blood curdling Chimes rang round and round the ground, it had the effect of Welsh defender Williams I think turns and lobs the ball over his own keeper from 25 yards. Crowds can win games. Everton FA Cup final hero Mike Trebilcock scores his last ever Cup goal.

Just the 1994 0-0 with Notts County. Can't remember any of it. As Dave said less said about the scum game in '66 when I was a mere dot in my mum's tum!!!

No Crawley return for Tubbs

Tubbs doesn't have a future at Pompey, he's on the transfer-list but offloading him could be difficult given his wages. These wouldn't be anywhere within Crawley's reach.

Pitfalls of Sheffield Wednesday loanee returning

As Catlin put it 'the gamble' of aiming sign Sheffield Wednesday loanee Lavery has to be one Pompey fans understand. It isn't as cut and dried as saying 'he's a free agent' sign him!

Lassie coming home...well sort of!

A-box-to-box player, capable of defensive duties, with ability to burst forward with intent to make things happen - Diarra is Pompey's man and wants an England return. I jest of course!
