Fan banter - QPR v Pompey

Vital Football caries the slogan 'for the fans by the fans', and as such we cannot forget the importance of fan participation - both on Vital Pompey and Vital in general.

As such it is 'vital' that, I feel, we do all we can to try and actively seek fan participation, from all fans, and what better way to do this than to invite our next opponents to get involved in the forum to answer some questions for us, and also for them to put their own to us!

This midweek Pompey travel to Loftus Road take on nopower leaders QPR, so if members of Vital QPR would be so kind to go into the forum (on this link) and answer the questions, which we can then discuss, that would be ideal.

Should any QPR fans have any questions they want to ask us too then fire away and we will.

We can then let the banter - remember this is 'banter' and not abuse - begin!

Match day live
Vital Pompey's 'match day live' will run for this game, so join others on Vital Pompey as it unfolds - assuming you are not at it of course!

I've just spent the afternoon and evening getting rat rrrrs'd with my QPR mate and I've told him he should expect his team to win 3-1, first time I've ever talked publicly against a Pompey win. I'm not sure if i'll put my money against Pompey but my mate sms'd me tonight with " today, you sound like you have no confidence in your manager"- what can you say to that? Maybe he has a point.

    2016-17 Champions Review: April

Pompey had a 6 point gap and were playing as good as they had all season, but with 7 games remaining, not even the most optimistic fan could have predicted how it would unfold.

    2016-17 Champions Review: March

Every season has its highs and lows. The draw at home to Morecambe was a body blow for Pompey, but little did we know that the next home game against Crewe was to be our turning point.

Done and dusted - O'Brien joining Coventry

Academy graduate O'Brien, who went on to play for Barnet, Brentford and Dagenham following his release by Pompey, will leave Fratton Park again - he'll link up with Doyle at Coventry.
