The last 4 games for me. Guy's 4 against Bournemouth & couldn't we do with him now. The 2008 cup win over Plymouth and what we didn't know then!!!

The last four home games as Matt and the Grimsby FA Cup replay back in 1966! Wrote about the Grimsby game in then 'Pompey til I die' book.

Out-of-contract at the County Ground, Thompson was offered a new deal at Swindon but opted to end to his Robins career after League One relegation. He signed a two year deal at Pompey.
