Hermann heading north?

Hermann heading north?

Not for the first time The Herminator is being 'linked' with a move north of the border.

Previously, be that via his agent or a 'genuine interest', he has been linked with both Glasgow clubs, Celtic and Rangers.

According to The Mail today the veteran is wanted by Rangers as they are 'braced for an offer from Arsenal for defender Madjid Bougherra', so they see him as 'defensive cover'.

I love Hermann, I cannot see how anyone could not love the guy, although time really looks to have caught up with him since his latest injury and quite what he will be able to offer us between now and the end of the season remains unknown.

Yep, we are short - putting it mildly - of numbers, although The Herminator will be one of our highest earners at the moment I would think so if there is a chance of one final 'pay day' then I cannot say that I would blame him if he wanted to go.

He would also have the chance of a final crack at a league winners medal and/or a domestic cup in Scotland.

I am not saying that I want the guy to leave but could see the logic from all sides here and will not hold this against him if he did, time will tell just how true this 'reports' are...

Shouldn't that be Herman heading North? I think its clear the Herminator is frustrated that he is not playing or getting the chance to be match fit, I can understand that Cot doesn't want to play him at the moment but given the performances of Tinky wimpy, Lala & Po do far I can understand Hermans frustration; I mildly fear the same will happen to Rocha. Cant day I'd blame German for going at all, can't fault his effort or loyalty to the club and he is also on pretty high wages so it could benefit all.

Think your compass is broken! Is Herman German? I thought he was an Iceman. No room for sentiment in the clubs current financial situation. Everyone has a price and all deals must be done to the benefit the club with both short and long term view.

A win at Wimbledon made sure of a play-offs place. Technically we can finish in the top 3 but this would require an unlikely set of results from too many clubs wouldn't it?
