None of the above, could've been the weather or just my traditional depression at Pompey's traditional ( pre & post Harry) festive season performances.

The last 3 home games. The 2003 match with Sheff Utd, we were top, they were 3rd. Michael Brown scoring a very late winner for them, one of our rare defeats in that championship winning season.

Two for me - Sunderland and Fulham. What a game the Sunderland one was, they were top and flying and they battered Pompey for 45 minutes and could have been out of site by half time but only led 1-0. After the break Pompey inspired by the class of George Graham and Brian Lewis stormed back and hit four before Pop Robson scored a late second for the visitors. 'Glory Day at Fratton ' was the Sports Mail headline and it was one of those games you just don't forget.
