Details have been released for our FA cup 3rd round trip to Brighton, with tickets going on sale to season ticket holders tomorrow.

It has also been announced that the ticket office is moving locations - this will mean some disruptions to ticket purchases, so recommendations of what fans should do have been given.

Brighton FA Cup Ticket Information

Pompey have taken their full allocation of 1,350 tickets for the FA Cup third round clash with Brighton at the Withdean Stadium.

Blues fans will be seated in the east and north-east stands of the ground for the tie, which will take place on Saturday, January 8, kick-off 3pm.

Season ticket holders and members can apply for tickets from 10am on Friday, December 17 until 5pm on Wednesday, December 22.

Tickets are restricted, with season ticket holders entitled to purchase two tickets and members allowed to buy one ticket.

Applications can be made online or by post only. Tickets will not be sold to personal callers, although applications may be handed in at the ticket office.

To qualify for a ticket, you must have attended three away league matches this season, up to and including the Blues' win at Norwich on Saturday, December 11. Any away tickets purchased after December 11 will not qualify.

Tickets must have been purchased via Portsmouth Football Club only.

Up to four applications may be sent in one envelope, however ALL individual client reference numbers must be included and they must all meet the above criteria.

Failure to supply client reference numbers will result in your application being returned.

Full credit/debit card details must be included along with client reference numbers, a stamped addressed envelope and details of any concession tickets required. Please note, Portsmouth Football Club no longer accepts cheques as a form of payment.

Between December 23 and December 26 any fan who has purchased three or more away league games, up to and including December 11, may apply for one ticket (subject to availability).

Wheelchair or disabled supporters wishing to attend the match should contact Brighton directly on 0845 496 1901.

Ambulant fans should contact Pompey's disabled liaison officer Allison McNeil. Please note seats are very limited.

Ticket Prices:
Adults: £19
Seniors (65+): £12
Juniors (U16): £12
Juniors (U10): £4

Please note, seats are uncovered.

You can book coach travel to the game by contacting Vision Travel on 023 9235 9168.

Coach prices are £12.50 for adults and £10 juniors. The coach will leave Fratton Park at midday.

Ticket Office To Move

From Friday, December 24 Pompey's ticket office is moving to Frogmore Road.

As a result, there will be limited ticket office services between December 24 2010 until Wednesday, January 5 2011.

Because of this, we strongly advise our fans to read and use the following advice regarding purchasing tickets for our home matches against Millwall on Boxing Day and Hull on January 3.

Millwall (December 26, kick-off 1pm)
With only 1,000 seats left in North Stand Upper, North Stand Lower and 'D' section of the South Stand, the ticket office will only be open for ticket collections on the day of the match.

Boxing Day ticket office opening hours: 10am to 1pm. Collections only.

From 9am on December 24, anyone wanting to buy a ticket for this match can only do so by going online at www.eticketing.co.uk/portsmouth or by calling 0844 847 1898.

Hull (January 3, kick 3pm)
The new ticket office in Frogmore Road will only be open on the following days ahead of the match against Hull on January 3:

December 29: 9am-5pm
December 30: 9am-5pm
January 3: 10am-kick-off

There will only be three ticket windows available during this period, so supporters are strongly advised to use the 'Print at Home' ticket service on our e-ticket website (www.eticketing.co.uk/portsmouth) or by purchasing tickets by phone at 0844 847 1898.

Due to the limited number of windows, fans are urged not to wait until the day to purchase their tickets. Those who do should arrive early as queues will be considerable.

Only tickets for the Hull game will be available to purchase on January 3.

Parking
On non-match days, anyone wishing to purchase a ticket from the Frogmore Road ticket office should park in the main car park behind the Fratton End.

There is a walkway in the southern corner of the car park leading to Frogmore Road.

Please note, parking in Frogmore Road is very restricted.

Blues fans will be seated in the east and north-east stands of the ground for the tie, fans will also be sat in just about every pub there and in Pompey. Is the ticket office going back where it was before they moved it?

Oh poo, I wanted to go to this game - we were planning to go with Gandor - but we haven't been to 3 away games. Still its such a poxy little number of tickets I spose they have to restrict it somehow. Mind you, I've seen pictures of the away stand at the Withdean and its so far back from the pitch, with the running track in the way, that tbh I'll probably get a better view of the game by listening on the radio!!
