'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Brighton it is!

Well, our FA cup 3rd round opponents are now known, and it will be Brighton.

To be honest, whilst in many ways I did not mind who we faced, there was that part of me that wanted the trip to FC United of Manchester that little bit more, even if the upset factor would be significantly increased had the 'unthinkable' happened, and we had lost at Gigg Lane!

The only upset that is on for us now is a defeat at south coast rivals Brighton following their 4-0 replay win over northern premier division side FC United.

Bring on the tie at the Withdean I say!

Of course this will be far from simple, or straightforward but we have a love affair with the FA cup right and we will want a bit of a run again this season, will we not?

Well, I would anyway...

I am pleased it's the semen, I think it will be a better match and more Pompey fans will be able to go. I also think there is less of a chance of all Pompey players being sent off what with there current mentality on the pitch. I got wot I voted for; i will be away for christmas and im hoping to make it my first post op game back.
