Well I've been on about the A 2 Z for a bit now, so well done for starting it on VITAL, though I always thought it was the surname that dictated the letter? Who cares, no doubt it will double in total come August. Another opening home game. Have you seen ouir last 5 homes games. Chelsea, Man U, Newcastle, Liverpool & Arsenal. Should be fun.

Third time lucky? Nope as O'Shea interest ends

O'Shea saw a couple of bids for him put in; these were turned down by Chesterfield. A third bid hasn't come from Pompey and it isn't going to either.

Topping last seasons tally the aim

78pts was only enough for a play-off place last season so you suspect we'll have to better that for a top 3 finish this coming season, which begins with Carlisle at Fratton.

Done Deal - Smith in permanently from Swindon

The interest Pompey retained in Smith, with him 'in our sights' has resulted in him returning to the Blues on a permanent basis after signing for an 'undisclosed fee' from Swindon.
