'We Were Never Interested'

Vital Pompey can reveal that all Portsmouth websites (baring a couple) have all been taken for mugs!

Although we didn`t get together and make up this story we did all believe the Romanian media.

Pompey-fans.com where the first to reveal that Radoi would sign for Pompey. This came after reports in Romania said that we had clinched a deal to sign the "fantastic" defender. However Vital Pompey can confirm to you exclusively that Pompey weren`t even interested in the defender.

Peter Storrie has told vital football that "We were never interested."

With respect, do we beleive the source? Surely anybody would say this to cover the disapointment of not getting the player? And anyway, who really cares. The press, fueled no doubt by lots of stupid websites, will link us with everybody before the end of the season.

Mirel Radoi is a excelent player and he is too good for a team like Portsmouth. I'm sure that Portsmouth don't have a player like Mirel Radoi and in maximum one year you will see him at a big team in Europe.

Big Ben returns!

There's no doubting how important Davies is to us, we most definitely missed the former Sheffield United man against Orient but Cook's confirmed he'll start against Bristol Rovers.

Winning over the fans

Cook feels he still has to 'win over a proportion' of the fans at Pompey?

Tubbs surprised...in a way he has a point

5-goals in a combined total of 8-matches isn't a bad return is it so having made his move to Eastleigh this week I get Tubbs' point at his surprise Cook wasn't selecting him.

Pompey Predictions League - update no.28

The Pompey predictions league is very much part of this site now! This continued with a defeat to Orient last Saturday.
