Watford v Pompey - changed for TV

Watford v Pompey - changed for TV

Pompey have confirmed, on The Pompey Site, that another fixture has been changed for it to be on the box.

When I saw the headlines about a watch game again Watford being switched my heart sank as I thought it was going to be the game next month, which would have been a real pain as this is going to be the first game I am taking Trina too - so the hassle of her getting time off work, paying that little extra to ensure she was on the same trains as me too and from Pompey was going to be wasted, but alas it was the trip to Vicarage Road on New Years Day that has changed.

This will still take place on the same day, although will now kick-off at 5.20, which will 'probably' make travelling a pain in the backside!

Full details of this change for sky can be found below...

Every season has its highs and lows. The draw at home to Morecambe was a body blow for Pompey, but little did we know that the next home game against Crewe was to be our turning point.

Done and dusted - O'Brien joining Coventry

Academy graduate O'Brien, who went on to play for Barnet, Brentford and Dagenham following his release by Pompey, will leave Fratton Park again - he'll link up with Doyle at Coventry.
