'Balu's' business plan in tomorrow?

'Balu's' business plan in tomorrow?

Many of us, quite rightly and understandably, have been wondering - yet again - just exactly what is happening with Balram 'Balu' Chainrai's takeover...

Well, according to Admin Andy, Chainrai's business plan will be submitted to the football league tomorrow with him having sent a cash flow plan last week: 'Chainrai sent a cash flow plan to the Football League on Friday.

'The main business plan will follow tomorrow. We still believe we are on track to exit administration by October 1.'

I thought that the plan was to exit admin last week, so are we 'on track'...

So, one day we 'might' at least come out of admin, quite how long Chainrai owns the club for though will remain to be seen though!

On the topic of takeovers one of those 'linked', yet again, with a return is Milan Mandaric.

'Reports' today have varied with some conflicting views shared. Most said he had ruled this out, others said that he would meet Admin Andy tomorrow, which both seem to have confirmed...

Another area that has seen 'conflicting reports' is what The Herminator's future will be?

His agent had said that it was likely he would move on having been treated badly by the club over the summer and it seemed he was not wanted, Steve Cotterill today hit back and denied this was the case and insisted that he still wants him.

If he will stay also will remain to be seen...

The way I see it though the guy, as much as I would like him back, is recovering from a serious injury so we MUST be sure that he is, and will remain, as fit as is possible. So we must, and surely Hermann understands, wait until we know he is going to come back as strong as possible before a contract is signed, right?

I thought it was F&P last week and the FL had asked for an updated business plan following the failure to shift Slaka and Nugent and again after the extra £1m to spuds. Milan reminds of an old car I had; I loved it but wod I go back to it's associated problems; think not. Agents say weird things, SC tries to out do them; let's hope the Germinator stays.

I can see what we are doign with herman but the risk is another club will jump in and nick him. he's a good player though and worth keeping if we can.

I worry when Mr C says he's doing all he can / bending over backwards to keep a player; normally means they are on their way. I don't think Steve is the most honest person out there but most managers need a bit of bluff; although I seem to recall our Stevie publicised his bluffing..... er?

I bloody hate agents... his agent says it's not fair he should have been a first team regular while injured over the summer... drumming up hopes of one final payday for himself moving is ageing client on

Evans - Right back or right midfield?

Drew Talbot and Adam Buxton are fit but Gareth Evans continues to fill in at right back. Should this change? If so where would it leave the battle between Evans and Carl Baker?
