2010/11 Pompey Predictions League

It back, the 4th annual Pompey Predictions League returns this weekend when we kick-off against Coventry - hopefully!

Many of you will be familiar with the format having taken part in the competition in previous years.

As before this is a very simple idea that will take minimal time and effort, but should be a bit of fun for us throughout the 2010/11 season.

To take part in this, as I say simple but effective yet best of all free idea, all you have to do is be a member of this site (sign up here) and be willing to spent a few moments before each game that Pompey play to put forward your prediction on what you think the result will be and who will be its Pompey goalscorers.

You have to be in it to win it, so make sure you enter for your chance to win prizes this season!

More info can be found in the forum - click here.

League cup this year as well?

In anaswer to you Russ, Rug normally puts them up month by month, so you can predict up to 4 weeks in advance, sometime 8 if he is ultra efficient!

Cheers Paul. I was looking for a few days; I wouldn't trust our squad to have the same members longer than a week at a time.

league and FA cup - the winner of this 'spin off' will get to decide where the monthly predictors money goes - they select the charity...
august and september are up and running in the forum, inc. the league cup game.
links - like in the article, just below PLAY UP POMPEY, will run during the days leading up to games too.
