Pompey at the world cup - Kevin-Prince Boateng

Nice one son, not only has a performance at the world cup kept the Pompey flag flowing into another week it 'should' put a few more quid in the coffers, which will soon be gobbled up of course but it all helps us in the end!

Ca-ching!

Not only did Kevin-Prince Boateng play for Ghana last night he very much played his part in getting them through to the quarter final after opening the scoring in the 2-1 win after extra time.

WHY did he not hit his penalty for us in the cup final like that, and on his 'stronger' right foot too...

If Lazio were not interested before, which they are 'meant' to be, they WILL be now and 'surely' his price would have risen a touch more too!

The only draw back was a thigh injury forced him off, lets hope its not too serious a problem as to keep him out of the Uruguay quarter final eh - for him, and Pompey, it could only be a good thing.

A great goal and a great performance... something he used to do us at the begining of his Pompey-career. A player that really interested me was Michael Bradley in the USA midfield. He reminded me of O'Hara; hardworker, has vision and plays his heart out. Did you watch the matceh Cotterill?
