Stadium Investigation

Vital Pompey will be investigating what has happened to our stadium plans. I will leave no stone uncovered, I want to find out the following;

Why there has been a delay?

Was the stadium deliberately put off until we where safe?

Where the excuses given correct?

Dates of work beginning and possible costs?

If anyone has any information regarding the stadium, let me know at lesmatthewspfc@hotmail.com. This report may take a while so give me time and I will produce. . .

bet your getting really annoyed. Never good when they hide away secrets from their fans.

Les, dont waste your time fella, the only time i will believe anything about a new stadium is the day i take my seat! If you believe what MM and Jackanorry say, the work will be starting before the end of June!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go on Jack tell us another!
danonash
dan i will find out whats happening. I will ask the club, i will ask the company who are building it, i will even write to the council, the lies end now!
lmatthews
We were promised a stadium fit for the 21st century. Let's hope it gets built in the 21st century?!!!
storagematt
haha thats what i'll find out
lmatthews
They'll tell what you want to hear & blame some rare Hungarian indangered species recently found for the delay. Storrie is a puppet doing his job. if we knew the truth, we still put up the wait but it's easier for the fans to play'mushroom'.
storagematt
Matt i am aware of this. The aim is to listen to what the club have to say and then listen to what the builders and council say. If their stories don't add up, i'll go back to the club and demand an explination. I will then check the explanation etc etc I WILL GET TO THE TRUTH! I already have contact details of the the designer, the counciler in charge of the project and the building company. I have sent an email to Peter Storrie and will be informing Milan of my investigation. If theres something we don't know, we will soon.
lmatthews
i am aware of the spelling error of the 44th word fen

For the sake of all who love Pompey, we don't mind the wait & false dawns. For Gods sake we are used to it. But any light at the end of tunnel would appreciated. good luck.

Thanks for the feedback Les...this is like a dog with a bone with me and I am so glad you are taking them on. The Stadium issue, as you know, is my pet hate...and should be everyone elses.

I agree! Maybe if the fans asked politely, we would get a new ground. Surely the people running the company would listen to the punters!? Or, maybe, THE punters are SKY, and THEY pay..... It could just be that we are totally insignificant to the club! Only by not renewing the season ticket would we make a stand? Wait until the first brick is laid, wait until we have signed international class players, wait until we have kept O'neill, wait until you can get a hot Bovril, wait until the lies stop!

lol they are contributing with the investigation!

Gr8 plan lmatthews although i wouldn't tell Milan of your project because he might get in contact with every 1 and get an alabuy sorted out to give 2 every 1
Linvoy#1

lmatthews

Congrats Les..Have I really started something here, I certainly hope so. I will be back in U.K. for 2 weeks in June , inc Berlin. I will make my presence felt on arrival and when I return again in December Roger who does the ground tour will know I'm back in abundance.
pompeygray
As a big David Bowie fan I would say "Ground control to Major Milan we've really made the grade ....but the circuits dead there's something wrong... and here am I sitting in a tin shed"
pompeygray
Well done les. I hope you do get something and 9/10 for your spelling. :)
