The 2 home games in 1985 & 2001. The Barnsley win guaranteed our safety after another relegation battle to stay in Div 1.

As we get into May the number of games reduces as most seasons in years gone past finished in April to allow players to go off and play cricket!! Just one game 1985 for me Carlisle - memories? None.

Worthy of a new deal?

So, Danny Rose, as we know, isn't going to play again this season. As things stand this would mean he'll not pull on a Pompey shirt again as his contract expires in the summer.
