Pompey competition update #35

Fantasy Football - 'Vital Pompey League'

There WAS a change in the fantasy.premierleague.com 'Vital Pompey League' after the latest games as portsm@ claimed top spot on 2094pts in total.

This is how top 3, of 82, currently stands:

TeamPts
1portsm@2094
2The Pompey Chimes2070
3Krap Nottarf2070

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately as the game was set up as a 'head-to-head' Fantasy Football game those not registered before the season kicked off cannot join... I have been told, having contacted the people that run the game, you cannot change this from 'head-to-head' to a 'classic version' once you have started!

This will explain why people have not been able to join since the season started - the only way I could amend things would be to create a new league and start fresh from October, but I would suspect people would not want this?

You cannot carry previous point over into a new league...

'Pompey Predictions League'

There was no change in the Pompey predictions league after the Bolton game though, so uspompeyfan retained top spot for a 22nd game on 80pts in total.

This is how top 3, of over 50 at present, currently stands:

PLEASE NOTE: There are cash prizes for the top 3 in this game. Plus a 5 cash prize for each month's top points scorer - you have to be 'in it to win it' though!

Bolton also marked the end of the month, which means prediction league manager of the month time. This was won by PompeyFrippy, who scored 14pts in April.

Anyone can enter at anytime so just because you missed out on predicting for the last game with Bolton - or any others - it is not too late, simply joining for the next, and penultimate game against Wolves tomorrow.

I have made it even easier for you to get involved by putting the forum link for this next game below...
