'I definitely want Avram Grant to stay next season', not my vote, yours - although these findings from tracyc's poll are thoughts that I agree with to be honest and would like to see what he could do with 'his own' team!
Although enough from me, over to tracyc who says the following...
Not just your thoughts, but mine as well. I know that Avram has been criticised tactically, but I for one would like to see what he could do with a proper squad and a realistic opportunity to recruit his own players.
One manager jumped ship at the first sighting of a distant iceberg. Avram has stayed even though he admittedly felt like walking out, and who could have blamed him. Not just a transfer embargo, but players being sold from under his feet left right and centre. His own and players salaries going unpaid. And yet the man who people thought had no charisma has wowed over the fans with his passion for the club. And at the same time he's managed to build a team spirit amongst the little band of mainly loan signings and free transfers that he has left to play.
Avram understands the Pompey spirit of the fans. He's the one person at any management level at Portsmouth Football Club that I would trust an inch anymore (OK except Elaine Giles the ticket office manager, she's sound). But you get my point. Avram is genuinely on the fans side, and that's something we really need after we've been so badly let down by the succession of owners, and more than one person who was actually running the club.
I for one would like to thank Avram for being on our side, as well as for getting us to Wembley by beating the scummers on the way. And the only and best way I can think of to thank him is by asking him to stay.

altho, having heard a bit of the quay on the way back from the blackburn game i was AMAZED at the amount of criticism he was getting for tactics that day WHAT was he expected to do? literally down to the 'bare bones', and a man light after vanden borre's sending off...there was not alot he could do.
i would like to see what he could do with his OWN team, then fully judge him - and feel we have a better chance of building one, even if it is made up of strays again, with him in charge altho in all honesty i do not think he will stay tbh...
as for the way chelski fans treated him, granted he SHOULD have been successful given the team he had - which to be fair he did not do bad - but we all know what the 'modern day' breed of fan is like, were these 'boo boys' the newer breed of mainly 'chelski' fan or the older breed of 'chelsea' fan?
