'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Paul Jewell Has Admitted...

He wants to keep Henri Camera

Jewell said: 'We've not heard anything from Portsmouth and Henri Camara is a big part of our plans.'

Portsmouth are looking at different striking options and Harry, who worked with Henri Camara at Southampton, is a big fan of the player.

Andy Johnson was believed to be second choice (which was an exclusive on Vital Pompey) but with Palace demanding ten million pounds for the striker this is looking less likely.

Zigic is apparently third choice but with the player admitting he will leave and the fact that his contract is running out, this looks the most likely of the three to sign.

Pick up any tabloid, and so far, i think we have been linked with over 20 players so far. And the season only ended 16 days ago. As i've said before, i find it gets boring after a month, so prefer just to talk about those we have signed.

lol, Thats just my own personal opinion les. I'm sure all those new people who have posted in the last few days will love discussing tabloid conjecture. I'm expecting a load more long posts now all these new people have started posting. Brill.

Fen don't you just loving being on this site (in spite of not informing your mates). With the likes of Les, Paul and Nelson (holidaying in Thailand) yours faithfully and other contributors on here, what would we do without it. Les says we are 4th...that is not good enough, we will aim for the top. Firstly we have a good nucleus, from that we can grow. Pompey, Humour and Commoradery, for we are Pompey.....
