Pompey await Fulham or Spurs

In the other draw Chelsea drew out Aston Villa, Pompey probably got the draw they would of preferred, now we will want Fulham to do the honours.

Best Draw we could of got out of the teams. Would rather Fulham, cos then O'Hara can play. PUP!

Yes it's good - Villa will take Chelsea out the equation and Fulham will get rid of 'Arry's mob! Can't wait!

Very happy with the draw. Don't want to sound disrespectful but Pompey are the weaker out of the 4 so its the easiest route to the final. First though we have a tricky home game against Fulham and the semi final won't be easy either, all to play for. Off subject, really hope your club gets out of the mess with its head above water.

Well it's not what I wanted. Though I will be very happy to play Fulham, you have to feel that Spurs will be favourites to win. Being realistic, I don't want to lose to Spurs in the semi. It also means Jamie can't play & no doubt the abuse towards certain persons with connections previously to us, could/will sour certain parts of the day. Of course if the Gods are on our side & we beat Spurs then...

Was always going to be that draw for poor old Jamie!! He has done so much to get us this far and will probably have to miss out. He is our only creative midfield player too.

yea would rather have had villa to be honest, we will really miss O'hara badly if we play spurs although their midfields pretty bad atm anyway with the injuries so we might still be ok. ofc i'd still rather Fulham did em and we played them and to be fair they were unlucky not to go through 1st time of asking so we'll see

Shame for Jamie, but never mind, Spurs aren't there yet. A small matter of Fulham to sort out first. We could be playing Fulham - stranger things have happened. (Like we are here at all?)

Point 1. If we play Spuds, it means O Hara can play for us in the final. Point 2, I half dreamt (that twilight imagery place just as you doze off) thT WE PLyed spuds in the semi and Chelski in the final. Point3. I have always likes Fulham since the i time i saw us whoop them 6-3 at the Park-Piper Jennings Ley and co- and like Roy Hodgeson...so would prefer to playthem. Point. Could God be smiling in us Pompey fans and given us a Victory against the Red Stripes, and Twichy on the way to a new dawn.. I am happy with the draw..If Reading had of won, it would have been tricky too , but we are now the underdog without doubt, and i feel there is a swaying of support amongst most footie fans for us, the amount of slime we have had to wade through and still are up to our necks in it, i feel there is a lot of goodwill for us, and as I- and others to be fair-have been saying since january..We WILL Win The Cup.

just to say one thing - if fulham win the fa cup, they will have copied us (almost) exactly - going from great escape, to qualifying for europe (we SHOULD have... graham poll, you f**** ******)...to (potential) fa cup win.

not a problem SteadySpur, with respect to spurs - assuming you beat fulham - i think you would have been (even tho the thought of twitchy giving it all that about how he can walk on water and we owe him the world in the lead up to the game is reason enough not to want it) the one i would have most wanted for the same reasons ;-)
