The £14m man?

The £14m man?

Which way will you vote in the latest Vital Pompey poll, suggested by Chix, as we try to gage what people think of the apparent 'price' put on Younes Kaboul's head?

  • What the poll is asking

    Younes Kaboul: £14m - Take it ?

  • Which way to vote?

Will you go 'yes' as £14m is a good amount to put on his head as this at least gives clubs an idea of what we will accept for him - on the other hand perhaps that is an amount is given as it is meant to put off clubs interested as it is a 'he is not for sale' really figures?

Then again you might be of the we should turn down any amount offered for him and not even £14m would be enough, so 'no?'

For me, I do not know what to make of the 'ESPN source' that says we have put a £14m price on his head - is this because we are putting him in the shop window and looking to invite offers for him, or is this a 'he is not for sale' so putting such an amount really means that he is not for sell?

I would very much like to keep Younes but money talks, and if we did get offered something around £10m then I think - as much as it would leave us weaker as a result - we would have to take it, right?

Make sure you vote on this latest poll to your right, but share you views below too...

selling kaboul may well relegate us but it may well keep us up too. if grant is given the money to spend on the squad.. u could get 3 players to help keep us in the leauge with that. remember selling crouch for 6million to villa harry spent that to get us promoted. 1 player dosent make a team.

Key Key KEY player for us, given the other defensive options. Mind you, we'd have to accept £14 million whatever the circumstances wouldn't we?

If we have to sell then we have to sell. The higher the price the better. I think our survival as a club is more important than survival in the prem.

I just hope if we do sell him we get somewhere near the asking price.. Current reports (although only red-tops) suggest £7m !!..
