I'm hoping this is to make us abit harder to catch on the break, rather than a case of beingsoldsoonitus...

Freddy P and Dindane up top with Mullins back in midfield. Avram tinkers again.

If we beat the Hammers (and Bolton don't beat Burnley) - we will be OUT OF THE BOTTOM THREE at the end of the day. What an incentive

Piq looking very impressive up front, think he's been taking some hold-up play tips from Kanu!

glad to see that the Algerians haven't had to join the squad yet - let's hope Billy Belhadj makes a difference - I predict 1-3 now.

There's definitely goals in it - they've not kept a clean sheet for 18 games apparently, and I wouldn't be too confident of keeping them out now either! 2-3.

sounds like Dindane needs to get off the pitch before he's sent off. Acting like a toddler.

Brown has aswell, in fairness. If we go in like this I think the team are in for some hairdryer treatment from Avram, if indeed he ever raises his voice!

Yes Avram needs to be practising some of his more choice selections of English vocabulary for added impact.

Quite why we played 4 minutes of injury time that half I don't know!

C'mon Pompey, we've got to do better! This one's not over yet, but it's not a good start is it? Avram needs to take of Dindane before the ref does it for him. Perhaps Kanu will have to play 45 minutes today.
