Pompey man of the match against Stoke

'Jamie O'Hara was the man of the match against Stoke', not my vote, yours - although these findings from pompeyrug's poll are thoughts that I do and do not agree with to be honest...

I though that he again had a good game, with most of our attacking threat coming through him, or at least starting from him.

He never gave up until the last and was only denied another long-range stunner - and my does he not strike them sweetly - by a good save from Thomas Sorensen. Speaking of 'stunners', his missus Danielle Lloyd, maybe not quite a stunner, was again only a few rows in front of me; at Hull she was a few rows back. Clearly she is stalking me so you better watch out Jamie...

Kanu had a decent game, but I am surprised that he gained 30% to be honest, as I am that Younes Kaboul, who might have just about shaded the poll for me, did not get more than the 22% that he did. I was also surprised that Michael Brown got 0%.

  • What the poll asked - Man of the match against Stoke?

  • How you voted - O'Hara 35%, Kanu 30%, Kaboul 22%, Ashdown 3%, Hreidarsson 2%, Sub - Piquionne (73) 2%, Sub - Webber (80) 2%, Boateng 2%, Wilson 2%, Dindane 0%, Ben-Haim 0%, Mullins (80) 0%, Brown 0%

Before we move on what are your thoughts on what the last poll concluded? You know what to do, thoughts below please guys...

I thought Kanu was great. At times he was unplayable. Stoke could only foul him. He kept the ball to ring others into play, passed to our players!!! felt he was let down by the midfield who couldn't support the front runners.
