The Citeh game was Jamie's dads last game on his first flying visit. It was awful and probably the coldest I have ever been at Fratton Park. Another four games going back to Rotherham in 1965.

Also in there is the first of the Spurs league cup trilogy in 1985.

Duo sign professional Pompey deals

Will Jez Bedford and Theo Widdrington be the future Pompey midfield? We'll certainly hope so, clearly the Blues do too or they wouldn't have signed professional deals at Fratton Park.

Nathan Thompson - A Swindon perspective

Prior to his departure for Wigan, Paul Cook wanted Nathan Thompson at Pompey. Interest was retained by Kenny Jackett, who completed his free transfer signing from Swindon last week.
