Fantasy Football - 'Vital Pompey League'

Once again there was no change again in the fantasy.premierleague.com 'Vital Pompey League' after the latest game as Portsmouth FC retained top spot for a 9th game running on 648pts in total.

This is how top 3, of 82, currently stands:

TeamPts
1Portsmouth FC648
2Kerry's Wildcats638
3The Pompey Chimes625

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately as the game was set up as a 'head-to-head' Fantasy Football game those not registered before the season kicked off cannot join... I have been told, having contacted the people that run the game, you cannot change this from 'head-to-head' to a 'classic version' once you have started!

This will explain why people have not been able to join since the season started - the only way I could amend things would be to create a new league and start fresh from October, but I would suspect people would not want this?

You cannot carry previous point over into a new league...

'Pompey Predictions League'

There was also no change in the Pompey predictions league as UKTony, despite a decent week for most, retained top spot on 40pts in total.

This is how top 3, of over 40 at present, currently stands:

Wigan also saw the end of the footballing month for Pompey, which means prediction league manager of the month time...

With a total of 24pts during October UKTony scoops this, so congrats to him!

Anyone can enter at anytime so just because you missed out on predicting for the last game with Wigan - or any others - it is not too late, simply joining for the next game against Blackburn at the weekend.

I have made it even easier for you to get involved by putting the forum link for this next game below...

I couldn't remember what I called my team,so I scrolled down the list . . and then I found it . . at the bottom! Although they're not in order are they?

the table on the fantasy football site is the 'head-to-head' one - i work on the overal points total...

also, a slight amendment to the predictions league - paul actually scored 6pts last weekend so has 28pts in total and is 2nd, but i have not changed the table above.

Evans - Right back or right midfield?

Drew Talbot and Adam Buxton are fit but Gareth Evans continues to fill in at right back. Should this change? If so where would it leave the battle between Evans and Carl Baker?
