PORTSMOUTH 'TIL I DIE... REAL POMPEY STORIES TOLD BY REAL POMPEY FANS

A brand new and very unique book was launched before Portsmouth`s match with Wigan in the Pompey Study Centre. Entitled 'Portsmouth 'Til I Die' this colourful publication has been compiled using stories supplied by some of the club's die-hard supporters and fans of all ages and from all eras have contributed.

As we all know, following a football club becomes a way of life for many people, fans experience moments of elation and exhilaration, which become landmarks in their lives. Although players and managers come and go, it is the loyal fans who are always there, so, in celebration of this club's loyal supporters, 'Portsmouth 'Til I Die' reveals the funny, the absurd, the emotional, the peculiar and unbelievable that is part and parcel of being a Portsmouth fan.

Costing just £10, the new book is a must-read for all Pompey fans and are available from any of the Pompey Megastores or online right now via tilidie.co.uk/buy.html.

600 copies of the new book will be given free to local schools, colleges and libraries as part funding provided by the Pompey Study Centre, National Literacy Trust, Arts Council England, the PFA, and the Football Foundation.
