Jimmy does not fancy the hassle?

Jimmy does not fancy the hassle?

If The News of the World is to be believed then we have suffered another setback in the attempts to bring in a no.2 to Paul Hart.

After 'no deal' could be agreed with Gary Mac another former Leeds player, also of Chelsea and Holland fame, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is 'said' to have rejected an approach from the club?

The NOTW say that Hasselbaink is keen to get into coaching following the completion of all his badges but is 'reported' as not being overly keen on a role at Fratton due to Hart's 'tenuous position'.

Maybe it will be a case of third time lucky perhaps - then again most would probably have the same reservations as others, right?

But why would Hart want an inexperienced assistant? For me, it is nonsense! We surely need someone who knows better than Hart if we are to start winning games tacticaly. BUt the question is: Who is that man??

Yeah...you can't really blame him can you. None of us know how long Hart is going to last. Pity though cos I like Jimmy, always rated him as a striker, especially when he was partnered by Gudjohnsen at Chelski. If we don't look like we're going to get out of the hole were in both off the pitch and in the league...we'll have the same trouble in the January transfer window with players.

I would hope Avram and Hart could do most of the tactics/training and that we wouldn't need a 'name' like Hasselbank

I'm assuming that it's the same as Gary Mac, deal done in principal, go to meet Hart; met with Hart deal OFF ! Hmmm can't see a game unfolding, stubborn as a mule, thinks like a mule; hmmm I just can't imagine why no one wants to be Harts No2- I just, don't, geddit- hmmmm

Not to mention thoughts like - jimmy boy was thinking- ice thought this out! When that numbskull has relegated the team- I'm going to take over! hang on a minute, and take the flak. I think I'd better go and think it out again.

I thought the club had issued a statement that a no.2 wasn't required as AG would be covering that role?
