Pompey have not played on this day since 1986? I was there too and Bristol City in 1969. 1967 4-1 defeat at Darlo was possibly the worst result in my 50 years of supporting Pompey.

Duo sign professional Pompey deals

Nathan Thompson - A Swindon perspective

Prior to his departure for Wigan, Paul Cook wanted Nathan Thompson at Pompey. Interest was retained by Kenny Jackett, who completed his free transfer signing from Swindon last week.
