Yes, many a good memory from those games. The last one where we went away & beat a good Blackburn side, Kanu scoring. The start of a very good season for us.

Well I was at seven of those games between 1967 and 2006. Most memorable the win at Aldershot - missed Lathan's goal in the loo and then some idiot set fire to a tree!!

Please be Real Madrid...please be Real Madrid!

Ok, despite the fact Real Madrid must 'owe us one' for Diarra, I'm a realist with who Pompey will face...I'll settle for a pre-season friendly at Fratton being against Barcelona!

We know Danny you want to stay!

In case we had forgot Hollands has reminded us of his desire to stay with Pompey! I'm not 'desperate' either way in many ways but sorting this quickly would be best for all concerned.

Three more pre-season games announced

'Glamour ties' are loved but pre-season is about fitness and form so it doesn't matter if it's Barcelona or Bognor... Then again a trip to the Nou Camp wouldn't be turned down!
