Can you not just shut up! If asked about another teams player, just refuse to answer - it is pretty simply really!
'Twitchy' just cannot help himself can he, why does he feel the need to comment about every man and his dog?
Whilst he might be 'publicly' saying he does not need a keeper he is also saying that he would like to sign David James - and knowing how his mind works he is basically 'inviting offers' on what he has in the hope of attracting the interest and then moving for James.
All the rubbish about 'hoping we can keep him' is exactly that, rubbish!
Paul Hart meanwhile has said that James has not come to him expressing a desire to leave and the comments made in his column at the weekend have been 'dealt with internally.'
So, Jamie's Dad will be making his move for James anytime then - this is how he always starts, the whole 'he is a great footballer but I do not need him' or 'he belong to someone else', that type rubbish as he sows the seeds...

agree with that, players getting paid a fortune should do what they are paid to do - but had twitchy already sowed the seed before hand, a quiet word in the ear can make people say and do things...

We have two quality goalkeepers though, so maybe in this case, he is just saying it as it is, that he doesn't want James. Usually if he was interested, the line "...but if they are looking to sell, we may be interested in a player of his quality..." would come out of his mouth, but on this occasion, he's just stating a fact.

What an absolute tosspot. Can't keep his mouth shut. I hope he doesn't mysteriosly look to sell one of his "two quality keepers" in the next few days.
