And then there were two!

And then there were two!

Those of you that know me best of all will know that Littlespoon (Reece), my nephew, is the apple of my eye - I cannot wait to get him to football, as I suspect that he will love it!

Well Spoon will now have to share these affections as last Tuesday afternoon his little brother Tinyspoon (Danylo), that is the Ukrainian for Daniel, came along - some 2-weeks overdue.

The first text that I got to greet me as I landed in Holland was he, all 8lb 11oz, was here.

He certainly has his old mans hairline lol!

The multi-cultural family carries, in Spoon a half Scot due to his mum Sue and now a half Ukrainian due to Danylo's mum Natalie.

Tiny, I blame you for the state that Uncle Rug found himself in over in Amsterdam, as I had to 'toast' your birth repeatedly...

He might not have been born in Pompey, but coming from a Pompey family if we have our way he will be another Pompey fan like Spoon who already knows exactly what the Pompey crest is when he sees it!

Congrats Rug, lovely article. My family has also increased as of 7:30 friday evening when my son Michael was born and on saturday had his first taste of Gillette Soccer Saturday on the hospital T.V. Unfortunately not the right result but he promised me he'd stay faithful to Pompey and increase the ever growing Blue Army! PUP

Hartlepool (a) - Safety first!

A win at Wimbledon made sure of a play-offs place. Technically we can finish in the top 3 but this would require an unlikely set of results from too many clubs wouldn't it?
