What caught your eye, and why? pompeycarpet

Having seen the Pompey fixture list now 'what fixture(s) catches you eye the most, and why?'

This is what pompeycarpet said...

Birmingham away
First away game of the season... and a chance to get points on the board.

Arsenal Away
I enjoyed my trip to the Emirates last time... why not go again?

West Ham away
Another away game I can get to easily, and I'm available for.

Villa away
I have some friends that support Villa... so we may be going to that one. Although I might force them into the Pompey end!

I wouldn't be too sure about picking up points at Brum Carps.. it'll be there first Home game of the season and I'm sure there'll be up for it big time.. I'd take a point now I reckon.

With you Chix, rather have not played Brum this early. Every promoted team is so up for their first home game.

I wasn't expecting this to be published! oh well... I know it'll be a tough game, but it's one of the few I know i'll be able to go to. and, as it's there first home game, it should be a decent atmosphere. So far, I have been left very dissopointed by other sets of home fans...

Hmmn...I agree with the comments above, a tough one. They'll be up for it alright, not to up though I hope. Don't want a repeat of a certain thumping we took a couple of seasons back.
