We are staying up, say we are staying up!

We are staying up, say we are staying up!

Now is not the time for anything but toasting the fact that our premier league safety has been secured - without us needing to even kick a ball!

With Newcastle losing this afternoon against Fulham, thanks to former Pompey striker Diomansy Kamara, they slipped back into the bottom 3 and are no unable to catch us. With them occupying the final relegation spot that means we are safe before we even face Sunderland on Monday...

Now lets put on a show on Monday night and show what we can do - no fear should be the approach, we are safe so what do we have to lose?

Raise a glass tonight, I know that I have, and will continue to!

I have raised several glasses also because I've been watching Eurovision (you can't watch it without doing so) So lets have a cracking night on Monday and hope we play an exhibition game, there's no reason to play defensively now. BTW as we can't vote for the UK tonight vote Finland, (ok Matt vote Malta). Sorry I've had a few and I'm still celebrating.

Lemmi, you will be tearing your hair out before the next season starts - I guarantee you! Someone on another thread reckons they have just seen Kranjcar moonlighting on the Eurovision, singing for Croatia!?!!? Anyway, here's to Pompey - cheers everyone!

Lets finish our home season on a big high, with a great atmosphere. It's 'blue day', its almost the anniversary of winning the FA cup, and we're safe from the drop! Lets enjoy it before we go off and start fretting about players leaving and the club being sold - or not!
