Sir Alex Ferguson has the nerve to call Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez 'arrogant' and 'disrespectful' and then he comes out with tripe like this: 'with all the money in the Premier League, some grounds should be better.
'There should be a minimum standard of size of dressing room, especially now you have more players on your bench and an increased staff.
'You have requirements for stadiums to be eligible for certain divisions, so the quality of the dressing room should be part of that.
'Everton's are so narrow it is unbelievable. Portsmouth's away dressing room is not great and the one at Craven Cottage is smaller than my office.'
Credit where it is due he did say Fratton was 'one of his favourite away grounds' though...
'Kettle', 'pot', 'black', do these words not mean anything to you Fergie? And you have the nerve to say others are 'disrespectful!'...
I am sorry if ours, Everton's and Fulham's dressing rooms are not up to 'the standards' that you and your overpaid prima donnas are used to but not all of us have the riches that Manyoo do, and things such as 'increasing dressing room sizes' and installing state of the art facilities for these pampered playboys who want to be undressed, rubbed down and fully clothed by their minions are not exactly high on our list of 'to do' priorities, well more to the point high on the 'affordable' to do list.
Not everyone is as rich as Manyoo, nor are we as high and mighty!
We all know that Fratton, and its facilities, are not really up to scratch to be honest and do need to be improved but money does not grow on trees and some things are more important than ensuring our visitors are given the top notch 'facilities' that they crave.
Some clubs cannot allow their debts to rack up into hundreds of millions and keep getting away with it, if we could then we would all have stadiums, facilities and superstar players like you - remember though one day the bubble will burst, and when it does no matter how great the stadium is and how large the changing rooms are this is not going to stop Manyoo tumbling so stop lording over everyone with your holier than thou attitude...
Ok, maybe I have got a little carried away but you get my drift - I am not a fan of his as it is, and that riled me!
What the hell brought this one anyway? Why was he talking about changing rooms in the first place?

I'm sure they are clean, probably even cleaner than hospitals. Maybe we could put a marquee up at half time or something, I'll bring the sausage rolls and maybe a foot spa for Ronaldo but Giggsey is going to have to do his own make up as I'll be busy and I usually need a pee at half time

So we now have snobbery in football... eh.. Their supporters will be complaining that they can't get a prawn sandwich inside certain grounds next.. I think Pompey, Fulham and Everton should respond by complaining that the size of the Manyoo facilities are soo big that it costs them money to provide maps for their players so they know where to go .. sorry... how can he say that? we have no money as it is, so getting further into debt just for pointless upgrades to please some old man isn't going to help. But then, I guess united don't seem too worried about debts. how much did they owe again?

too much, that is what they owe carpet and trust me 'when' these debts are finally all called in they will be in trouble, and 'rumour' has it there troubled spell is only a decade away... no doubt they will be ok tho, and even if in trouble rules will be bent to help them out!

Oh ignore him - I'm fed up with all this crap between him and Benitez - now this. Still annoyed about his ridiculous rant after we beat them in the quarter final last year, trying to take the gloss off it for us. Ignore him.

Anyone seen that ITV4 is showing reruns of the Big Match from 1979 on a Thursday afternoon? Yesterday they had Palace 1979 featuring Vince Hilaire and El Tel as manager. Now THAT's what I call a football ground. The dugout made First World War trenches look comfy and spacious.
