Pompey ratings v Newcastle

What would you have rated the players, the manager and the fans out of 10 for our game at St James' Park on Monday?

Well this is what Owenspompey, who was in attendance at the weekend, has given them...

Thanks to Owenspompey for doing this, it is much appreciated.

Anyone wishing to do a ratings for any game give me a shout by simply dropping me a mail by clicking here.

Now all that remains to be said is, do you agree or disagree with these ratings? As always have your say below...

One more rating: Vital Pompey 10; I just had a look at the Newcastle Vital site and 1) there are about three comments per article and 2) most of them were by our proud VitalPompey people! To be fair I think the whole of Newcastle wanted to crawl up its collective tailpipe yesterday when that fat singer was on. For those of you who remember politics in the 1990s - Labour's Sheffield rally came to mind

The fat singer was a complete own goal, what a plonker.

Ratings seem fair from what I heard Owens .. Some reports saw Belhadj was excellent whereas other claim he was frustrating.. Is he 'the' left hand option given Kranjcars absence til the end of the season ?

As a Belhadj fan I tend to see the stuff her does well and not see so much the stuff he doesn't do well but for me, the good stuff outweighs the bad stuff and at least the boy has commitment and energy and he puts them under pressure, usually taking two if not three with him. He creates insecurity in the opposition defence and now needs to work on getting those crosses into the people that are not being marked but would help if there were someone else working in tandem with him like Traore used to do.

sorry my first sentence almost gave Belhadj a sex change there...

i would agree with these ratings owens, belhadj was up and down - he can be so frustrating, yet brilliant the next minute. he is enjoying his game at the moment, and enjoying the chance he is being given. im not exactly sure where he is playing tho? is it in the kranjcar 'free role' or on the left, or both!
mullins, out of fairness to him if not us, needs to be given a break, we cannot keep playing him as he is making mistake after mistake and this gets the crowd on his back more and more... i would certainly leave him out this weekend and bring basinas in, hart wont do this tho, will he?

Would make so much sense to bring in a really experienced guy like Basinas v Arsenal. Even for 75 mins tops just to get some pattern onto what is a really random midfield without Niko.
