Pompey ratings v Hull (a)

What would you have rated the players, the manager and the fans out of 10 for our trip to the KC at the weekend?

Well this is what Owenspompey, who was in attendance at the weekend, has given them...

i think i am pretty biased when it comes to ratings, although to be fair i think i would agree with most of yours for sure - thought kanu deserved more than a 5 tho :-)
i thought the midfield trio of mullins, hughes and kranjcar were poor - we missed davis and think we missed a trick by not playing, or bringing on basinas and also maybe missed one by not putting young pele, or at least gekas on the bench again...

It's A Pity Davis Is Injured, he would really have helped.

I can't really comment as I have not seen any highlights and you can't judge fairly by what you hear on the radio. I agree though that the midfield sounded a bit poor!

sol carried on at the start of this month where he left off last month - he was fantastic again, as i felt he was in all our games throughout march... when he and distin are on song defensively, we know that we will not concede many, if any!

any of you know how long davis is out for ?? hermann was unlucky at the end another day that would of went in off the post.Shame basinas or pele didnt start or be on the bench.If davis is out of the WBA game then one of them should start hughes isnt the answer yes he gives 100% but he dont exactly get forward and open play up like basinas but i admire him for the job he has done. PUP hopefully 3 points next week.

Rug, its just me and Kanu i'm afraid, i think he is a luxury and i wish he would move on i reckon that milk turns quicker!! I feel that Gekas would have been a better player to have had on the bench or start from the moment that he signed.

im with you Owens on the kanu thoughts, i have felt we should have let him go at the end of each season we have had him! still think he deserved more than a 5 tho :-)
like dave says tho Owens these ratings are fantastic - its a pleasure reading them!


line-up against west brom - so tempted to do another of my 'graphics' that i am becoming so 'famed for', or it that 'annoying people with' lol! watch this space nearer the end of the week when we know who will be fit, but i think its safe to say i would have basinas in the starting 11 with pele on the bench without a doubt!
