Ok, starting with my usual 'has there ever been a better time to be a Pompey fan - do I really need to run through the reasons why?' spiel would not exactly be true would it? Of course although these days are still fantastic, there have been better ones!

You cannot judge the success of the site on hits alone, as other factors come into play - but these factors were also tasty!
This site - much like the Vital Football network full stop - continues to grow at a phenomenal rate so lets keep it going, but for this we must all carry on getting involved - both new and old... We all know other Pompey fans so keep badgering them to join the best Pompey community there is on t'internet!

Well Rug, i've got to say it's been good to be more involved over the past few weeks while i've been recovering from an op... I do get a laugh out of some of the comments, the humour is bloody brilliant. I've been using the internet since about 1997 and i still think it's amazing to be able to communicate of the ether with like minded people. So yeah Vital Pompey is great and certainly helps me keep in touch living down here in Cornwall.

membership is up to around 1,350 now i think, maybe more - and more of these are getting involved regularly and not just 'watching'... i would say we have 10% of these a 'regular contributors' and that isnt bad goinng...

I watched about three or for sites for a monht or so and over time saw that VITAL was by far themost imformative and well natured with the majority of members getting involved in good debate and expressing opinion without being slated for there view.. so I signed up and now only come to VITAL.. it's all a pompey fans needs to keep up to date with all that is going on..

I found Vital Pompey when I was looking for information about PFC. I joined straight away and I think it is very informative and I have learnt an awful lot since I joined. You can also have a good laugh - except everyone seems to have lost their sense of humour lately.........
