Dubai here we come - find a buyer guys...

The Pompey squad will be off to Dubai for a training camp after the game with Chelski as the club looks to completely unify the squad and revitalise this ahead of the final push before the season ends.

Due to us no longer being involved in this seasons FA cup we have a free weekend - and I think the complete realisation of this will sink in for me when the weekend comes around and we have no game, in the last round we at least had a rearranged league game with Citeh to preoccupy us - so this enables us to spend time in fantastic surroundings with state of the art training facilities.

Once again though this highlights our desperation to get our own state of the art training facilities up and running as the winter months keep causing havoc with our Eastleigh facilities. Remember last season we went off to Malaga for a similar training camp around this time, although that training camp saw plenty return with nothing to be proud of!

There is a draw back to this though...

A fans forum was scheduled to take place on Thursday in the fans marquee, but as Pompey personalities will not be available this has been cancelled for the time being, which will of course disappointed hundreds of fans as 200 tickets had been sold in advance. The rearranged date that has been pencilled in is Thursday 19th March, but this is yet to be confirmed.

Could we have chosen a better place than Dubai? Hell no, everyone is minted over there!

Come on guys make an impression on the billionaires in the UAE and you might even be able to return back not only refreshed, revitalised and of course tanned but also with a rich sugar daddy, maybe even a sugar mummy for us - now there's a thought, move over Citeh, you will have a rival...

Great news, especially if we do find a sugar parent! Although what on earth is that picture of?

I'd prefer a picture of Crouchy trying to drive that clapped out Reliant Robin...

No More Quarter Final Replays For Pompey

Should Portsmouth progress through to an FA Cup quarter final from the 2016/17 season onwards, the game will no longer be subject to a replay.

Chesterfield's O'Shea targeted

Although so far Pompey have had two bids turned down for Chesterfield's O'Shea. Will, assuming another bid (as it's expected) is made, it be third time luck for the Blues?

It wasn't Real Madrid but Bristol City isn't bad!

Contrary to what I just wrote (muppet that I am) this isn't at Fratton this is at Ashton Gate with Pompey heading to Bristol City on Saturday 30th July, with a 3pm kick-off.
