12th or 25th Whatever the Weather!

Portsmouth versus Arsenal will be played either on the 12th of April or the 25th depending on whether Arsenal progress to the semi-final.

If Arsenal are in the semi final then the game will be played on the 12th of April. Which would result in; four games in ten days for Pompey. This would be between the Blackburn at home game and the Middlesbrough at home game.

The better outcome however would be if Arsenal where to go out of the Champions league which would see the game commence on the 25th of April in between Sunderland at home and Wigan away. This seems a better option for Pompey however if the game does proceed on the 12th it would not only be a hectic few weeks for us as Arsenal will have to play six games in fifteen days!

I think it really depends how we are playing leading into the game, as to when is realy best, I mean it is Arsenal, is there ever a good time to play them?

I just hope they keep progressing in the Champions League or now that Spurs have just beaten West Brom they too can fall apart.

Come on Pompey let's make London our 2nd Home for points collection. After West Ham can we revisit the Capital and gain points at Fulham and Charlton ?

Fulham are no doubts very good at the cottage, but do you think that now they have beaten Chelsea, the crowd will have raised expectations? "oh its only Pompey" If so we need to get in to them early and get the Fans on the back foot. I fancy a pint, i mean point!
