Pompey - Braga, kick-off time confirmed

The Pompey Site has confirmed that our game with Braga in Portugal next week will kick off at 8.15pm - Portuguese time works the same as ours so no difference.

It has also been confirmed that our game against Wolfsburg will kick-off at 7.45pm - so 8.45pm German time.

Tickets will cost a mere £14 for that game, which is absolutely fantastic! Info on how to get a hold of one of these will be released shortly.

Time to start planning now. Why UEFA took so long to announce a time heaven only knows. A great price for the German game, that should have more of a demand.

I too am very interested in what caused the delay and is it live on TV? If so which channel?
eastneydave
It is not on Channel 5 they are showing Spurs and Villa. Maybe ITV4 but their schedules not updated as yet.

I can't imagine the ticket price making a massive difference to the amount of people going, if you're paying 200-300 for flights and hotel and extra 10 or so for the ticket doesn't make a massive difference. Mainly I want to ensure I get a tickets as ive already spent the money on flights and hotels!

What I meant was that there are some that can only afford to go one game & would probably pick Germany, especially if they already went to the first game in Portugal. I & friends are almost there finalising another road trip to Portugal.
storagematt
The prices are good and I am very tempted to do Germany now as it seems I can get the whole package for £100 + spending money.
sneakay
Sneakay what's your secret of getting the package for £100?! Do tell!!

I've been looking for the Braga game on TV and I fear it isn't on. Which is boring because I can't make it out there and was looking forward to a cracking night watching it in a pub, instead of at home hoping to try to find it on-line or listen on the Quay.
tracyc
As for Wolfsburg had an email from Thomson Sport suggesting there won't be many tickets available, they are only selling packages to people who went on one (or both) of the Portugal packages, or season ticket holders. I hope we can get tickets because we've got the flights, hotels, trains to/from Berlin all booked. If we can't get match tickets, we're going anyway! If we can get match tickets, then £14 is a bargain!
tracyc
if it is not on tv will it be on pfctv
