Look's like both teams going 4-4-2 here, interesting considering last season's game both saw us revert to 4-5-1, can we expect an open game today? I had a dream Everton won 1-0, Victor Anichebe off the bench! Good luck

no changes then in the starting 11...disappointed not to see little at least named on the bench - having a chat with my cousin yesterday we both thought that starting with little might give us the chance to get off to a flyer, even if he only last 45 minutes as he does have the ability to deliver a ball, which we have been lacking!

Think he has gone 3-5-2 IMHO. Kaboul, Distin & Campbell as a back 3, with GJ & Traore as wing-backs.. I really think HR wants to give it a go, and means it when he says "Younes is here to play". Adams & Sol are known to be against wing-backs - not surprisingly due to the success of the back 4, "arms up-offside" and playing it all of their lives - but the lack of width has been a problem - and I think HR sees this as the best compromise. This time (unlike last season), they have given in..?

i think thats a 4-4-2 with distin as left back in all honesty. I would have loved to play 3-5-2 last season, and once again, this season, i think that it would give our team a lot more balance - but due to sol and tony being so against it, I doubt harry will have the guts to try it...

i like the thought of 3-5-2 - and that is what we have gone i believe, we have kaboul who has pace, so this can work...

Let's hope we play as well as we did last Monday. Mvuemba to make an appearance in the second half

Vitoria SC have a spy at Goodison today, per their website. I wonder what he'll make of it

3-5-2 for me, I reckon Jonno is going to play more wing than back
