Have we actually managed to link more than 3 passes together though Chris? Does the midfield know what they are doing? Kaboul and Diop look completely out of place and so far Nikko has been a waste of space. Thankfully as always Diarra is pulling his weight. Crouch and Defoe look unsupported and the defence are not with it. What positives are you seeing?

I think we all realise that we have serious mid-field issues - just a shame we played the best home team in the country on day #1 before we had a chance to sort it out..

not trying to make excuses - or sound like HR - but we must remember it is chelski we are playing... weve been ok, some welll below par... with some width we might have caused problems, get diop off!

Agreed Sneakey - it's not good but as I said above it wasn't unexpected. It's not just that we are missing Muntari and Mendes either - the team is ill equipped to play 4-4-2. Positives. Well - Defoe looks lively -

Chelsea were different class, started to look a little better in second half then bang what a kick in the teeth. agreed Jamo at fault for 2 & unfortunate penalty, then we did not get ours.On the plus the blue socks set that kit off nicely. Sorry!

Well I'm really depressed after that - I expected us to lose, it being Scolari's first game and at the Bridge and all, but not like that - we were awful and Jamo had a mare in front of Fabio - I'm glad the 4th goal wasn't in an England shirt, he'd have been crucified. I was confident about the manyoo game, but not anymore. It didn't help that I watched in a pub sat behind a table full of Chelski ***'s as well.
